The Vineyard School & Community Feeding Program combats hunger and malnutrition among vulnerable children and low-income families in our community. By providing consistent, healthy, and warm meals, we remove the burden of starvation so that children can focus on their studies and stay healthy. Good nutrition is the foundation of learning and growth, and our program ensures no child sits in a classroom on an empty stomach.

Serving hundreds of daily breakfasts and lunches to children aged 2–10 in Mathare during school breaks, eliminating hunger for extreme-poverty households.
Reduced childhood malnutrition, sustained health and energy levels during school holidays, and improved early childhood growth for young kids in Mathare.

Community Healthcare & Wellness Outreach

"Restoring health, inspiring hope, and bringing essential care to those who need it most."

The Vineyard Christian CBO Community Healthcare Outreach provides free primary medical care, health screenings, and essential prescription medications to underserved families, the elderly, and children in our community. Through organized medical camps, we eliminate financial barriers to care by bringing doctors, nurses, diagnostic tests, and health education directly to the heart of our neighborhood.

Delivering free medical consultations, diagnostic screenings, and basic treatments to over 500 vulnerable community members per event.
Early detection of preventable illnesses, reduced healthcare costs for low-income families, and established referral pathways for specialized care.

The Vineyard Child Sponsorship Program connects compassionate sponsors directly with vulnerable and orphaned children in our community. We provide total educational and personal support, ensuring every sponsored child attends a quality boarding school. From covering full tuition fees and transport to providing personal shopping, pocket money, and essential stationery, we walk alongside each child to give them a safe, nurturing environment to focus entirely on their studies.
